Emerging Older Poets Mentorship

Emerging Older Poets Mentorship

The Queensland Poetry Festival is thrilled to announce our inaugural Emerging Older Poets Mentorship. This mentorship has been designed to address a lack of opportunities for new and emerging writers in the 55+ age bracket.

The winning poet will receive feedback and editing advice from award winning poet Philip Neilsen, an invitation to read at the Queensland Poetry Festival’s emerging voices salon on Friday 24 August and online publication by Overland.
